1. Service Agreement
By using HotAds, you agree to these terms. We provide digital marketing execution services, including but not limited to ad management on social platforms and AI creative generation.
2. Wallet & Payments
Campaigns are funded via your internal wallet balance. Deposits are non-refundable once ad spend has been committed to third-party platforms. We charge a management fee on active campaigns which is deducted from your balance.
3. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the content and business you promote comply with Nigerian laws and the advertising policies of Meta and TikTok. We reserve the right to refuse service to businesses promoting illegal or harmful substances/services.
4. AI Creative Use
Creatives generated via our AI tools are provided for use exclusively within the HotAds platform and your associated business marketing. You retain the right to use these assets for your own brand promotion.
